3 bedroom apartment with ski in ski out access in Les Arcs

In the heart of Arc 1950, this apartment opens directly onto the slopes, with no steps to take outside your skis. The resort and its shops are within a few metres, which makes each outing and each return from the day straightforward.

The renovation favoured a chic mountain style, mixing light wood and contemporary touches, for a bright and comfortable interior. The fitted kitchen opens onto the dining room, forming a living space where you can gather after skiing, before enjoying the terrace in fine weather.

The residence has a relaxation area with sauna, hammam and jacuzzi, completed by a swimming pool, ideal for resting your legs at the end of the day. A ski room makes it easy to store equipment, while the washing machine and tumble dryer simplify the organisation of your stay.

The 3 bedrooms, including one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and one bedroom designed for children, are spread over 62m2 with each having its own bathroom. This layout suits a family or a group of 6 people wanting to make the most of the mountains without leaving the resort centre.
