3 bedroom apartment with a sauna in Courchevel

At Courchevel, this apartment occupies the top floor of a residence and enjoys a balcony with views of the Saulire. The living room extends beneath an unusually high ceiling, emphasised by exposed wooden beams that give the penthouse its character.

The living space brings together a sitting area with a fireplace and television, a modern kitchen organised around a central island and a dining area filled with natural light. The volumes flow without partitions, allowing daylight to circulate from one end of the apartment to the other.

Over 117m2, three bedrooms are distributed across the sleeping area. Two of them, equipped with a double bed, each have their own ensuite bathroom, while the third, designed for children with two single beds and a bunk bed, benefits from a large shower room.

The sauna and jacuzzi complete this apartment, alongside a bar and terrace suited to evening gatherings with guests.

This layout suits an extended family or group of friends, up to eight people under one roof, combining shared bedrooms and generous common spaces.
