3 bedroom apartment with a sauna in Courchevel

At Au Praz, one of the most authentic hamlets of Courchevel, this apartment is in a recent residence a short distance from the village centre. The setting remains calm and rural, away from the activity of the more central resorts, whilst maintaining easy access to shops and ski lifts.

Life centres around a bright living space where the fireplace holds a central place, surrounded by a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. The large terrace extends this space outdoors and provides a spot to enjoy the alpine air in fine weather.

At 89m2, the 3 bedrooms are divided into 2 double bedrooms and a bedroom designed for children with bunk beds. Each has its own bathroom, a comfort worth noting when several generations share the stay.

The private sauna and ski room with boot heaters complete the set and make the return from the slopes easier at the end of the day. This apartment is particularly suited to an extended family or a group of friends wishing to enjoy a comfortable base well located at Au Praz.
