3 bedroom apartment with mountain views in Tignes

In the heart of Tignes Le Lac, this apartment is within walking distance of shops, the ESF ski school, Tignespace centre and the Lagon aquatic centre. The building, fully renovated, offers secure access and a lift serving each floor.

The sunny terrace opens on to a view that extends to the lake, the Tovière massif and the Grande Motte glacier. The living room, designed to accommodate a stay of 6 people, is organised around a flat screen and naturally extends this outdoor space in fine weather.

3 bedrooms are distributed around the living room. The master suite, facing south like the neighbouring bedroom, has its own bathroom corner with bathtub, whilst a cabin-type bedroom, equipped with 2 bunk beds, suits children or visiting friends well. A shared bathroom with walk-in shower and separate WC complete the arrangement.

On return from the slopes, the ski room equipped with boot warmers and the bike room simplify daily life, as does the barbecue installed on the terrace for summer evenings.

This layout suits a family or a group of friends who wish to enjoy the village without giving up the view of the peaks, with shops and ski schools within immediate reach of the building.
