3 bedroom apartment close to the slopes in Courchevel

In the heart of the Cospillot district, this apartment is located 50m from the resort centre and its shops. The front of slope pistes are 180m away, as are the ski lift and ski school, which simplifies days structured around skiing.

The entrance opens onto a large living space oriented south-west, where the dining room and lounge benefit from good light throughout the day. The fully equipped kitchen opens onto this same space and a balcony extends the living room to the outside.

The 3 bedrooms are distinguished by their layout. The master bedroom, with its television and 160 double bed, offers a genuine independent sleeping area, whilst the two other double bedrooms complete the set. Each has its own private bathroom, with shower and separate toilet, for a total of 3 bathrooms.

In the evening, a private cinema and audio system allow you to enjoy an evening at the apartment without going out, whilst board games keep children and adults occupied. A cot and high chair also facilitate stays for families with young children.

With its 120m2 spread across well-separated spaces, this property suits a family or group of 6 people seeking both immediate proximity to the centre and the pistes, and the comfort of a spacious interior in which to gather after a day in the open air.
