2 bedroom chalet close to the slopes in Les Menuires

At Preyerand, Les Menuires, this semi-detached chalet benefits from a clear position overlooking the surrounding peaks, close to the Tortollet chairlift. The private entrance allows direct access to the living spaces without passing through communal areas, a genuine advantage on return from skiing.

The ground floor is organised around a large open-plan living and dining room, extended by a fitted open kitchen and a 20m2 south-facing terrace with views of the slopes. This is where the chalet’s life concentrates, between shared meals and evenings by the fireplace in front of the television.

The bedrooms are split over two levels: two on the ground floor, sharing a common shower room, and two on the first floor, each with its own ensuite shower, a practical arrangement for a group seeking some privacy. A ski locker and boot warmer complete the entrance, designed for mountain days.

With a capacity of 8 people and a surface area of approximately 110m2, this chalet suits an extended family or group of friends seeking comfortable accommodation close to the slopes for a mountain stay without constraint.
