2 bedroom apartment in Courchevel

This apartment is located in the Pralong area of Courchevel, approximately 1900m from the ski school and the resort centre. Facing north and east, it benefits from soft morning light and a calm atmosphere, away from the bustle of the resort hub.

The interior follows a traditional chalet style with light wood panelling that covers walls and ceilings, creating a warm and cosy atmosphere. The living room opens onto a balcony where you can get some air between runs, whilst the equipped kitchen and dining room allow you to prepare and share meals without leaving the comfort of the space.

The 2 bedrooms share 65m2 of space, one with a 160x200cm double bed and television, the other with bunk beds for 2 sleepers. Each has its own bathroom, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower, both fitted with heated towel rails. A ski room makes it easy to store equipment when returning from the slopes, and the presence of a baby bed and high chair makes a stay practical with a small child.

Designed for 2 people, this property suits a couple, possibly with a young child, seeking a comfortable and well equipped base in Courchevel, combining residential tranquillity and practical access to resort life.
