2 bedroom apartment close to the slopes in Courchevel

In the heart of the Cospillot district in Courchevel, this apartment occupies a quiet sector close to the town centre and the slopes. North and east facing, the rooms are bathed in clear light over the surrounding peaks, visible from the balcony.

The living space combines an equipped kitchen and dining room in a single volume, suited to shared meals after a day in the open air. The ski room and boot warmer at the entrance simplify the return from the slopes, while the garage shelters the vehicle.

The 2 bedrooms are distinguished by their use: one with a double bed and dressing room, the other as a cabin with 2 bunk beds, practical for young children or a fellow guest. The bathroom, equipped with a bathtub, serves the whole apartment with simplicity.

With capacity for 2 people in the main bed and arrangements for families, including a cot and high chair, this 47m2 apartment suits a couple or a small family seeking a functional alpine base in a well situated location.
